Friends today let me tell you How to remove vivo v9 (vivo 1723) frp by umt (tool) 2020. First of all, let me tell you that Vivo V9 is the processor of Qualcomm CPU, so it will have to be brought in EDL mode.
Now you have the problem that

I tell you if the award is a special mode in which you can download anything or something you can remove or add something else inside the flash file.
Like remove pattern lock google account etc.
First of all, you have to remove the back panel of your device, after that it will have to be opened, open scrue of your device (vivo v9).
Removing the battery connector, 3 points remain below the battery connector, short (mix) the first 2 points from it.
Connect the USB cable to your Vivo mobile from your PC. Your smartphone has gone into EDL mode and is connected to the PC. Now you can release shorted two point.
Open the UMT software inside someone as shown in the picture below.
After opening an UMT Qcfire, you have to go to the read and tool option, inside it you have to click the reset FRP option.
Now the window of information will open in front of you, making it OK, your software is running and shortly after, your smartphone Vivo V9 will be unlocked.
